Talaria

Changelog

What we have shipped. Entries describe capabilities available in the product today.

  1. PHP, browser, and Dart SDK tracing

Official SDKs capture transactions and child spans. Set enableTracing or tracesSampleRate to sample HTTP, DB, and outbound requests. Error transactions are always sampled; successful requests default to 10%. OpenTelemetry Collector teams can send OTLP/HTTP JSON to /otlp/v1/traces.

  2. Performance traces and RED metrics

Inspect transaction waterfalls, RED metrics, DB and HTTP spans, Web Vitals, and release health in the dashboard. SDK-native application performance — not host or Kubernetes metrics, continuous profiling, or a log platform.

  3. Breadcrumbs, Slack, webhooks, and user impact

Events carry breadcrumbs and user-impact context so you can see who hit an issue and what happened before it. Paid plans notify via webhook and Slack alongside email.

  4. Talaria launch

Public launch of Talaria — event ingest, server-side fingerprinting, issue triage, alerts, organizations, dual-meter pricing, and the marketing site.

  5. Issue triage workflow

Open, resolved, and ignored statuses with event counts, first/last seen, and severity in the dashboard.

  6. Server-side fingerprinting

Events are grouped into issues via server-side fingerprints — clients never compute identity.

  7. Alert rules & notifications

Create alert rules and receive notifications when issues match — evaluate and act without leaving triage.

  8. Organizations, projects & API keys

Multi-project workspaces, team roles, and project-scoped ingest keys for secure event capture.
